IAQ Consultant specializes in the following areas: Review of IAQ Audit or IAQ Assessment reports to insure compliance with current regulations, standards, guidelines, and good practice. Review of legal documents and the provision of expert advice and testimony. Advice on water-damage restoration and mould remediation procedures, project supervision to insure due diligence, environmental testing, and clearance sampling. Site monitoring for compliance with infection control and workplace health and safety standards. Development and implementation of specific IAQ Assessment and IAQ Audit procedures for offices, hospitals, schools, and other unique work place areas such as air traffic control, laboratories, surgical and ICU wards, and construction sites. The procedure would also include an assessment of the design, operation, and maintenance of the heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system and compartmental air handling units. Providing IAQ training and information sessions.
